Return & Refund Policy

At Empire & Kingdom Heritage, we are committed to providing premium-quality apparel and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

RETURNS:

We accept returns within 7 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.

Be in its original condition with all original tags attached.

Be returned in its original packaging.

Include proof of purchase.

Please do not send your item back without first contacting us. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS:

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mailto:empireandkingdomheritage@gmail.com. We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

Sale or clearance items.

Gift cards.

Personalized or custom-made items.

Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items.

Items without their original tags or original packaging.

All sale items and gift cards are final sale.

REFUNDS:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.

EXCHANGES:

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or item, you may return an eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
